Punjab’s progress tied to Maryam Nawaz’s fashion? The internet confused by Ken's statement
We have all seen it by now, the wedding that took over everyone’s feeds in Pakistan.
The marriage between Punjab’s Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz’s son Junaid Safdar and Shanzeh Ali Rohail, granddaughter of Shaikh Rohale Asghar, was the event everyone was talking about.

Maryam Aurangzeb took the internet by storm with her transformation, leaving many people genuinely shook. Maryam Nawaz, on the other hand, faced mixed discourse. She opted for a yellow Nomi Ansari ensemble for the mehndi night and a green Iqbal Hussain piece paired with a matching Valentino bag for the reception.
People were quick to say she was trying to outshine the bride yet again, though she also received support from figures like Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari, who voiced her admiration for Maryam Nawaz’s look on X, formerly Twitter.

Adding to the conversation, popular influencer Adnan Zafar, more commonly known as Ken, posted a video to his 3.4 million followers on Instagram. The video, a collaboration post with the official Instagram page of PML-N, was captioned, "What a Shadi ♥️ MashAllah." In it, Ken said, "Of course the region that has a Chief Minister whose fashion sense is so 'on spot' is the one region that is prospering the most." Um, are we the only ones confused? Don’t think so.
