Justice Aminuddin Khan

ISLAMABAD:

Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) Chief Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan on Tuesday observed that the counsels were taking too long time in advancing their submissions in the super tax case, making it imperative for the court to set a clear time frame.

The case was heard by a three-member bench led by FCC chief justice and comprising Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi and Justice Syed Arshad Hussain Shah.

During the hearing, counsel for various companies Owais Ali Shah appeared before the court and concluded his arguments. He contended that the imposition of super tax after payment of final tax was beyond comprehension.
