Palworld trading card game confirmed for July 2026 release
Palworld will expand into tabletop gaming with two-player trading card game launching worldwide July 30, 2026

Palworld is set to expand beyond its survival sandbox roots with the launch of an official trading card game in 2026. Details published on the game’s official website confirm that the Palworld Trading Card Game will release on July 30, 2026, marking the franchise’s first move into tabletop gaming.
Developed in partnership with Bushiroad, the Palworld TCG is described as a competitive two-player card game built around the same core mechanics that define the video game.
Players will deploy Pals, make use of their individual traits, gather resources and construct bases while competing against an opponent for victory.
According to the information shared by the publisher, the card game is not intended to be a simple adaptation of the video game’s characters.
Instead, its structure is designed to reflect Palworld’s blend of creature collecting, base management and tactical combat. Each Pal card introduces distinct abilities, allowing players to form strategies based on how different companions interact on the field.
A press release states that players will “fight alongside their Pal companions” while engaging in matches that emphasise strategic planning and tactical decision-making. The focus, according to the description, is on rewarding effective card synergy and careful deployment rather than chance alone.
The official description for the game adds: “Team up with your trusty Pals and experience the thrill of overcoming formidable enemies through this exciting trading card game.” This positioning reflects the developers’ intention to maintain continuity between the tabletop experience and the themes established in the original game.
At the time of announcement, no pricing information, card lists or starter deck details have been disclosed. However, with a confirmed release date of July 30, 2026, further information is expected to be shared closer to launch.
