PAA reopens pick-up lane at Karachi airport

KARACHI:

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has reopened the passenger pick-up lane at Karachi's Jinnah International Airport. The lane had been closed two years back.

According to sources, the PAA director general directed the reopening of the passenger pick-up lane to facilitate travellers. Prior to the closure, passengers would leave for their homes directly from the pick-up lane immediately after disembarking from their flights.

Airport officials said the reopening of the lane has provided significant convenience to passengers and relieved them from long queues of vehicles.
