LAHORE:

Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has sent PTI leader Mian Akram Usman to 14-day judicial remand in connection with the case involving an attack on Islamabad Police at Zaman Park. Police produced the accused before the court after completing his six-day physical remand. During the hearing, the investigating officer stated that further investigation was required and requested an extension in physical remand. The proceedings were conducted by ATC Administrative Judge Manzar Ali Gul.

According to police, a case related to the attack on police personnel has been registered at Race Course Police Station.

Meanwhile, a special court (central) on Wednesday adjourned the hearing on post-arrest bail applications, filed by three National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) officers accused of taking bribe from the wife of YouTuber Saadur Rehman, popularly known as Ducki Bhai, until December 19. During the hearing, counsel for the accused sought additional time to complete arguments.
