Three killed in traffic accidents amid dense fog

Three people, including a two-year-old child were killed, while 16 others sustained injuries in road accidents caused due to dense fog in Faisalabad on Tuesday.

All injured were shifted to hospitals after receiving initial medical treatment.

According to reports, a motorcyclist hit 45-year-old pedestrian Afzal on Dijkot Road, leaving him critically injured; he later died at the scene. Police arrived promptly and took the body into custody for further investigation.

Near Top City on Roshan Wala Bypass Road, a collision between a motorcycle, a container, and a truck resulted in the death of Sajjad Haider, a resident of Khardianwala, while Shahzad Iqbal was injured.

On Lathani Palli-Sargodha Road, a vehicle fell into a canal, causing minor injuries to the driver, Ahmed.
