Two motorcyclists die in accidents

DIJKOT:

Two motorcyclists were killed in separate traffic accidents. According to sources, the drivers of a coaster (registration number KPK-5864) and a car (registration number LEB-3552) were racing when they hit a motorcycle (FDG-4289) being ridden by 45-year-old Shabbir Hussain, a resident of 198-RB Mianianwala.

Shabbir sustained severe injuries and was shifted to the hospital after receiving first aid, where he succumbed to his wounds.

In another incident in the same Sargodha Road area, the driver of a speeding truck, due to negligence and recklessness, hit motorcyclist Muhammad Azaan Jelani, a resident of Mohalla Razaabad. He was injured and shifted to Allied Hospital after first aid, where he later died after battling for his life.

Police handed over both bodies to the heirs after completing legal formalities.
