PM felicitates UAE on national day

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has felicitated the UAE on its national day, saying Pakistan cherishes strong and brotherly ties with the country. UAE National Day is celebrated on Dec 2.

"On behalf of the people and Government of Pakistan, it is my honour to extend our heartfelt felicitations on the auspicious occasion of the National Day of the United Arab Emirates, today," the PM said in a statement.

"The bilateral brotherly relations between Pakistan and the UAE are rooted in historical bonds of mutual goodwill, and remain a source of pride for both sides. The relations are characterised by strong foundation of shared religious and cultural values," he added.
