Three die in road accidents

Three people, including a woman, were killed and five others injured in traffic accidents.

Two overloaded tractor trollies collided and overturned near Bismillah Chosk, leaving four people sitting on top buried under the sugarcane load.

As a result, 32-year-old Muhammad Tariq and 45-year-old Muhammad Aslam died on the spot, while 30-year-old Abdul Rehman and 45-year-old Muhammad Arshad were injured.

Rescue teams pulled them from under the trollies and shifted them to a hospital.

In another accident near Jaranwala Morr, two motorcycles collided, killing 60-year-old Sattan Bibi on the spot, while 27-year-old Sadi Ahmad, 46-year-old Tariq and 36-year-old Imran suffered injuries and were shifted to a hospital after first aid from rescue teams.

Police collected evidence from the spot and handed over the body to the family after completing necessary formalities.
