Pakistan defeat Sri Lanka by six wickets to win 2025 T20I Tri-Series final
Shaheen Shah Afridi and Mohammad Nawaz led Pakistani bowling attack with three wickets each

Pakistan successfully chased the target of 115 runs in 18.4 overs to claim the T20I 2025 Tri-Series title at Rawalpindi Satium on Saturday night.
Openers Sahibzada Farhan and Saim Ayub scored 23 and 36 runs, respectively.
Babar Azam finished the job with unbeaten 37 runs.
Captain Salman Agha managed to score 14 runs before returning to pavilion.
The hosts dismissed Sri Lanka in 19.1 overs.
Shaheen Shah Afridi and Mohammad Nawaz led Pakistani bowling attack with three wickets each, whereas Abrar Ahmed took two wickets and Saim Ayub along with Salman Mirza took one apiece.
Kamil Mishara was the highest scorer for Sri Lanka with 59 runs,while ther middle order and lower middle order completely failed to perform.
Pakistan won the toss and chose to bowl first in the final.
Pakistan are coming into the final as the strongest side with the most wins in the series which was featuring Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe.
The hosts lost their last round-robin match to Sri Lanka, which helped the latter to book their place in the final.
Pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi is back in the team after brief illness.
Captain Salman Ali Agha is also called lucky when it comes to tosses, as he has managed to won most of them recently.
