The National Assembly session on Friday was suspended due to a lack of quorum, with proceedings adjourned until Monday evening.
As soon as the House was about to take up its business, MNA Mehboob Shah pointed out the quorum.
Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq ordered a headcount, but the House was found short of the required strength.
With the quorum incomplete, the Speaker adjourned the proceedings till 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
No legislative business could be taken up, neither could the house debate national issues.
