Hugh Jackman, who famously retired as Marvel's Logan role in 2017, has left fans buzzing once again after appearing on 'The Graham Norton Show', hinting that he might not be done with Wolverine.

"Maybe. I am never saying 'never' ever again… But I did mean it when I said 'never' the first time," Jackman told the audience. the actor had already surprised audiences by returning as Wolverine in 2024's 'Deadpool and Wolverine', a film that saw him portray a new variant of the character thanks to Marvel's multiverse concept.

He explained that committing to the project wasn't straightforward, revealing that he called co-star Ryan Reynolds first: "I rang Ryan. I said, 'Let's do it.' I hadn't rung my agent, no one. I had to ring my agent and said, 'Oh, by the way, I have just committed to a movie.'"

Jackman's comments reignited speculation about his future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, particularly with upcoming films like 'Avengers: Doomsday' and its sequel 'Avengers: Secret Wars'. Social media immediately lit up with reactions, as fans celebrated Jackman for leaving the mutant door open.

"'Wolverine is never really gone!'" trended on X within hours. Others shared throwback clips of classic Jackman Wolverine moments, while fan art imagining multiverse variants flooded TikTok and Instagram. The response demonstrates that even after more than a decade, Jackman's connection to Wolverine remains deeply resonant and culturally viral.

As Marvel continues to explore multiverse storytelling, Jackman's Wolverine could appear in future projects, keeping fans engaged in speculation, memes, and eager anticipation for every MCU announcement.
