The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday scheduled a case for hearing seeking to stop Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri from working due to allegations of holding a fake degree.
According to the cause list, a two-member bench of the High Court will hear the case on November 25, filed by Mian Dawood Advocate.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan will hear the case.
The SC had declared the High Court's decision to suspend Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri from work null and void and reinstated him.
