SSC-II exam results announced
Over 23,000 candidates appear in supplementary examination

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has announced the results of the Matric Second Annual Supplementary Examinations.
A ceremony was held at the board office to mark the announcement, attended by Controller of Examinations Tanveer Asghar Awan, Board Secretary Amjad Iqbal Khattak and other senior officials.
According to the issued results, a total of 23,007 candidates submitted their admission forms, of whom 22,865 appeared in the exams.
Out of these, 7,383 candidates were declared successful, taking the overall pass percentage to 32.31. Meanwhile, 15,427 candidates failed, 93 remained absent, and 49 admission forms were cancelled for various reasons.
Among those who appeared in the exams, 14,705 were boys and 8,160 were girls, reflecting increasing interest and active participation in academic activities.
Addressing the ceremony, Controller of Examinations Tanveer Asghar Awan congratulated Secretary Amjad Iqbal Khattak and all board officers and staff for the transparent conduct of exams and timely release of results.
He added that it would be unfair not to acknowledge the role of former Chairman Muhammad Adnan Khan, whose personal interest, guidance and vision helped establish a transparent, merit-based and modern examination system.
