Man commit suicide

A young man took his own life by ingesting acid following a family dispute in Faisalabad, police said on Friday.

The incident occurred in Ghulam Muhammadabad. The victim, identified as Zainul Hashmi, reportedly became distraught when his family rejected his wish to marry a girl of his choice. He was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries .
