Diddy accused of sexually assaulting producer in 2020 and 2021, according to police report
Florida producer accused Sean Combs of sexual assault in incidents from 2020 and 2021, per police report

Sean Combs has been accused of assaulting a music producer following incidents allegedly occurring in 2020 and 2021, according to a police report cited by People.
The producer, who filed a civil lawsuit in July, reported the incidents to the Largo, Florida Police Department in connection with the East Los Angeles Sheriff’s Station on September 20.
The report states that on February 26 2020, Combs and the producer were in a warehouse containing items once belonging to the late rapper Notorious B.I.G.
The producer alleged that while Combs was browsing through clothing, he began to masturbate under one of the rapper’s shirts.
The producer further claimed that in March 2021, after continuing to work with C.J. Wallace, son of Notorious B.I.G. and Faith Evans, he met with Wallace and others at a Hollywood Hills residence.
There, the report alleges he was assaulted by two individuals before being taken to another room, where Combs forced him into a sexual act.
According to the report, Wallace later assisted the producer, who has since claimed to suffer from depression and mental health issues following the incident.
Representatives for Combs, Wallace, and the East Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
The new allegations follow other legal actions involving Combs, including a revised lawsuit by designer Bryana Bongolan alleging an assault in 2016.
Combs was recently transferred to the Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix in New Jersey after being sentenced to 50 months in prison. He has filed an appeal and requested a presidential pardon.
