Cadbury Dairy Milk Pakistan leads the way with first-of-its-kind ‘Made to Share’ Creator Camp
Cadbury Dairy Milk partners with Ogilvy Pakistan’s PR&I division to redefine brand collaboration

Cadbury Dairy Milk Pakistan in partnership with Ogilvy Pakistan’s PR&I has successfully hosted the first-ever brand led Creator Camp, marking a new chapter in collaborative brand-creator partnerships within the country.
Held on October 15, 2025, in Karachi, the immersive session brought together 27 content creators known for their unique storytelling styles from across TikTok and Instagram -including the likes of Romaisa Khan, Reham Rafiq, Aina Asif, Ken Doll, Arzu Fatima, Taimoor Akbar, Ali Abdullah Durrani and more; to co-create and align on the brand’s 'Made to Share campaign'.
This pioneering initiative ensured that participants were not just amplifying the campaign, but actively shaping it while infusing their unique voices, audiences, and storytelling styles into a shared vision of Cadbury Dairy Milk’s generosity to ensure delivery of authentic and relatable content.
The camp also served as a platform for creators to refine campaign details, exchange ideas, and cement their role as true co-creators in bringing 'Made to Share' to life for audiences nationwide.
Cadbury Dairy Milk’s Made to Share campaign features a limitededition range celebrating the small gestures which bring people together. The playful re-designs use witty chunk divisions to nod to everyday roles such as, “Jo Khana Banaye / Jo Table Lagaye / Jo Sirf Khaye” or “who makes the chai / who brings the gossip.”
Each bar invites lighthearted recognition where it matters most. The real power of 'Made to Share' is how it embeds itself in daily life, a design that prompts conversation and interaction, thus sparking connection wherever people gather.
The Creator Camp featured an introduction to Cadbury Dairy Milk’s heritage and values, a deeper dive into the ‘Made to Share’ campaign, platform-specific content best practices for Meta and TikTok as well as interactive activities, brainstorming sessions through which creators exchanged ideas during the event.
Speaking about the initiative, Syed Gohar Hasan Naqvi, Head of Marketing at Mondelēz Pakistan, said,
The Creator Camp reflects a fundamental shift in how we approach collaborations. Instead of viewing creators as just amplifiers at the end of a campaign, we see them as true partners from the very beginning. By working collaboratively, we can tell stories that feel real, resonate deeply, and spark a wave of Cadbury generosity.
This Creator Camp represents a first-of-its-kind effort in Pakistan, setting a new benchmark for howmeaningful collaborations can create imapct.
