Punjab Higher Education Commission Chairperson Prof Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan will attend the event as the chief guest.
Dean of the faculty Dr Shazia Ramzan said the conference seeks to highlight the philosophical, literary, and cultural dimensions of Waris Shah's poetry.

Renowned linguists, literary figures, researchers, and intellectuals from across the country will participate in the event and present research papers on themes of Sufism, love, and social justice embedded in Waris Shah's poetry.
