The Greater Karachi Regional Plan 2047 was formally launched on Wednesday, setting the vision for the city's integrated and sustainable development as the country approaches its centenary in 2047.
During a briefing to Local Govt Minister Nasir Hussain Shah the KDA DG Asif Jan Siddiqui said the strategic regional plan aims to provide a coherent and long-term framework for managing Karachi's rapid expansion.
