ATC delays Qureshi bail hearing
.

An anti-terrorism court adjourned the hearing of former foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi's post-arrest bail petitions in three May 9-related cases due to the non-production of case records.
During the hearing, DSP legal informed the court that the records could not be presented owing to the law and order situation in the city. The court, presided over by Judge Manzar Ali Gul, ordered the prosecution to ensure the production of all records at the next hearing and adjourned proceedings until October 23.
The court also summoned lawyers for arguments on the next date. The cases relate to arson and vandalism incidents in Zaman Park, Mughalpura, and other areas following the May 9 unrest.
