Cardi B’s baby daddy, Stefon Diggs sued by ex-girlfriend Mulan Hernandez

NFL star Stefon Diggs is facing serious legal allegations from his ex-girlfriend, Mulan Hernandez, who filed a countersuit accusing him of assault and coercion. According to legal documents obtained by Page Six, Hernandez claims Diggs physically attacked her during their brief relationship in 2024 and later tried to silence her with a non-disclosure agreement.

Hernandez, known for her appearance on Basketball Wives Orlando, filed the countersuit in April 2025 in response to Diggs’ initial lawsuit from February, in which he accused her and another woman, Brianna Mack, of assault, trespass, conspiracy, and extortion. Hernandez, 24, denied those claims and alleged that it was Diggs who became violent during an altercation on June 7, 2024.

She claimed the New England Patriots wide receiver punched her in the back of the head, leaving her with a concussion. Following the incident, Hernandez alleges Diggs attempted to cover up the assault by pressuring her to sign an NDA, even sending an assistant to Houston in a bid to persuade her. While she ultimately did not sign the agreement, her legal team reportedly reached out to Diggs’ attorney in November 2024, demanding accountability.

In her lawsuit, Hernandez is seeking between $250,000 and $1 million in damages for physical and emotional harm, as well as medical expenses.

Diggs, 31, previously filed his own complaint describing a volatile night where he claimed Hernandez, intoxicated and angry, damaged his property and assaulted him. He alleged that she broke a gaming console, destroyed a $130,000 watch, and threw his phone into a toilet. Diggs maintains he did not retaliate and said Hernandez falsely reported the assault after seeking medical treatment days later.

Adding to the public scrutiny, Diggs is also involved in a paternity suit filed by Aileen Lopera, who claims he fathered her child born in April. Diggs, who began dating rapper Cardi B in May, has stated he is uncertain of his paternity. He and Cardi B are currently expecting their first child together amid her divorce from rapper Offset.
