The Hollywood Hills home reportedly rented by musician D4vd has been cleared out as authorities continue investigating the death of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas.
Photos obtained by TMZ showed crew members removing belongings from the residence, which was leased by D4vd’s manager and allegedly used by the rising singer.
The home is located near the lot where Rivas’s body was discovered inside an abandoned Tesla on Sept. 8.
Authorities searched the house shortly after the discovery, reportedly seizing a laptop. The property’s owner, Malden Trifunovic, told TMZ that some of the singer’s items were collected last week, while other belongings left behind are now being discarded.
At this time, D4vd has not been named a suspect or person of interest in the case. The Los Angeles medical examiner has not yet released a cause of death, though the case is being treated as a homicide.
The Tesla where Rivas’s body was found was registered to D4vd but reported stolen. Rivas, who had been missing for two years, was last reported by her mother to be seeing a boy named David, with a former teacher suggesting she was involved with a rapper.
The investigation has also noted personal ties between the singer and Rivas, including matching tattoos and an unreleased song referencing someone named Celeste.
Fans have also pointed out violent imagery in some of D4vd’s music and videos, which often explore a darker alter ego.
Since the case came to light, D4vd has canceled the remainder of his world tour, and his current whereabouts remain unclear.
Authorities continue to focus part of their investigation on Rivas’s home life as they piece together the circumstances surrounding her death.
