Josh Marshall, manager of singer D4vd and founder of Mogul Vision, has publicly responded to speculation surrounding the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Posting on TikTok under the handle @JMogul, Marshall denied any knowledge or involvement, stating, “I had zero knowledge of anything.”

Rivas, reported missing from Lake Elsinore multiple times in 2024, was found deceased earlier this month in the trunk of a Tesla registered to D4vd. The discovery, which came shortly after her 15th birthday, prompted scrutiny of both the singer and his management.

Marshall addressed accusations that he ignored warnings about Rivas, saying, “I received no emails and I’m no one’s roommate. I live full-time at home with my wife and kids. I do not live in California, and I work remotely 95% of the time. My job doesn’t require much interaction with David, as there are many others who handle day-to-day matters.”

In response to false claims linking him to vehicles or the Hollywood Hills property, he added, “I have no cars registered in my name in California. Nor have any of my cars been in that state… Stop creating false narratives and assumptions.”

Marshall also criticized videos and posts spreading misinformation: “This video is false and the person is misinformed. This is the only time I’ll speak on this matter. This news is tragic for so many and for her family. I hope the proper authorities get to the bottom of it soon… Please report on factual information.” He urged content creators to correct false claims, saying, “I hope the creator of this video pins my comment and corrects what she said with a new video, and anyone else making false comments or following a narrative about me that isn’t true.”

TMZ obtained surveillance footage from March 2024 showing Rivas at a local liquor store, walking and running without her belongings, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, and later entering a car. The make and model of the car could not be determined.

As the investigation into Celeste Rivas Hernandez continues, Marshall emphasized the importance of facts over speculation and expressed concern for his family, noting the emotional toll of the public scrutiny.
