NADRA launches digital services for pensioners

The existing counters are operational in various mega centres and National Registration Centres throughout the city

KARACHI:

NADRA has announced plans to increase the number of registration countres in Karachi from 359 to 550 by the end of the ongoing fiscal year, in a move aimed at easing the burden on citizens and enhancing service delivery.

The existing counters are operational in various mega centres and National Registration Centres throughout the city.

NADRA is also set to launch an online "Proof of Life" feature via the Pak Identity mobile application, designed primarily to facilitate pensioners, particularly those who face challenges in fingerprint verification.

Speaking to The Express Tribune, NADRA's Director of Media Syed Shabahat Ali said the new feature would provide a long-term solution for senior citizens.
