Tyler Posey isn’t done with Teen Wolf just yet. The actor, who defined MTV’s supernatural era as Scott McCall, says the franchise still has unfinished business, and he’s determined to bring it back.

In an exclusive interview with People, Posey revealed that he’s spearheading new projects to revive the series, ranging from a potential sequel film to a broader television return.

Posey confirmed that he has already written a script for a new movie.

“It probably needs a couple of rewrites, but it’s really cool and definitely deserves to be made,” he told. “I’ve always believed Teen Wolf still has more story left to tell, and the fans deserve that.”

The actor explained that the original plan for the franchise involved a three-film deal, but after 2023’s Teen Wolf: The Movie, the momentum stalled.

Now, Posey says he’s determined to bring Beacon Hills back to life, and hinted that some familiar faces may already be on board.

“I’ve talked to a few castmates, and people are interested,” he teased.

Posey also floated the idea of a new TV revival, suggesting that the universe could expand with fresh stories while still honoring the original series.

The 33-year-old star credited the unwavering fanbase and his close-knit cast as proof the franchise still resonates. Just this year, a viral reunion with Dylan O’Brien (Stiles) sent fans into a frenzy, underscoring how invested they remain in the Teen Wolf world.

While no official studio deal has been confirmed, Posey’s push could reignite the franchise that helped define a generation of supernatural storytelling.

“This show changed my life, and I think it still has more magic left,” Posey said.
