
The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has announced the results of the Intermediate Part II Annual Examinations 2025 for the Arts Regular Group.
Chairman of the Board Faqeer Muhammad Lakho announced the results, revealing that Hans Raj, son of Mukesh Kumar, of IDA Rieu Higher Secondary School for the Blind and Deaf, secured the first position. He obtained 953 marks out of 1,100.
The second position was secured by Inshirah bint e Muhammad Amin, a student of Iqra Huffaz Girls Science College, North Nazimabad. She scored 936 marks. The third position was claimed by Syeda Khizra Ameer, daughter of Syed Razaq Ameer, from the same college, with 934 marks.
According to Controller of Examinations Zarina Rashid, a total of 10,055 candidates were registered for the Arts Regular Group examinations, out of which 9,488 appeared. Among them, 3,876 candidates were declared successful, bringing the overall pass percentage to 40.85 per cent.
In terms of grades, 20 students achieved an A-1 grade, 236 received an A grade, 793 secured B grades, 1,353 obtained C grades, 1,328 got D grades, and 146 passed with an E grade. Two students were declared pass without any specific grade.
The results have been uploaded to the official website of the Board - www.biek.edu.pk. Students can also check their results via the official Android app of the Board, available on the Google Play Store under the name "BIEK".
