Debby Ryan and her husband Josh Dun are preparing to welcome their first child. The Jessie alum announced her pregnancy on September 7, sharing a set of intimate photos on Instagram with the Twenty One Pilots drummer.
One picture captured Debby wearing a white butterfly top while Josh held a tiny pair of baby Vans trainers. In another, the couple cradled her baby bump, captioning the post with the words: “dun&dun +one.” The pair also revealed a sonogram image and a playful cartoon of themselves created by artist duo DabsMyla.
The couple’s love story dates back to 2013, when they first started dating before getting married in 2019. Debby previously recalled how Josh learned “how to tie a bowtie” for their very first date.
Josh, meanwhile, has often spoken about the unique dynamic in their relationship. In a 2022 interview, he explained, “We live in an adult house and decorate it like kids and do kid stuff in it. We couldn’t sleep the other night so we just hung out in the kitchen and jumped around and ate snacks.”
Despite their playful outlook, both say their bond has only grown stronger. Debby previously told The Sydney Morning Herald, “It’s cool and special to have that support system, and we are each other’s biggest fans.”
