The Hindu community of Ranchore Line staged a protest outside the Karachi Press Club on Sunday, demanding the recovery of a missing 16-year-old boy, Devik.
Protesters included the abducted boy's family, along with other members of the community, who held up photos of the boy with slogans written on them such as "Help us find our child Devik." The missing boy's father, Raju, stated that he has four children, three daughters and one son. He explained that Devik left home on the night of August 24, 2025, but never returned. He added that his son is mentally unwell.
A missing person report has been filed at Eidgah police station.
