Charleston White has intensified his ongoing feud with rapper Boosie Badazz, pledging to write a letter to the federal judge presiding over Boosie’s gun case and urging a longer prison sentence.
In an Instagram post on August 27, White declared his intent to remind the court of Boosie’s past controversies, including his ties to Michael “Marlo Mike” Louding, who was convicted in a 2012 murder case. White said he would collect videos of Boosie criticizing police and mocking political leaders to push for a sentence closer to the 15-year federal maximum.
Earlier this week, Boosie Badazz pleaded guilty to a charge of illegal firearm possession following a 2023 arrest in San Diego. In exchange, prosecutors dropped a second weapons charge and recommended a two-year prison term with three years of supervised release—substantially less than the potential maximum.
White, who has frequently targeted Boosie online, mocked the plea deal. “Boosie fans talking like 24 months not a long time!… The judge can sentence this known criminal longer than 24 months in Federal prison,” he wrote. He also shared a mock prayer video, counting down to what he described as Boosie’s “maximum sentencing.”
Boosie’s legal history includes the 2012 trial where he was accused of hiring Louding to commit murder. Although he was acquitted, Louding remains in prison for life. White often cites the case to criticize the rapper and has previously claimed to alert federal authorities about Boosie’s activities.
The feud between White and Boosie, ongoing since 2022, has involved inflammatory remarks, social media taunts, and allegations of criminal behavior, with White continuing to celebrate the rapper’s legal troubles.
