FaZe Lacy takes dig as xQc wins 'Streamer of the Decade' at 2025 eSports Award Show

xQc was crowned 'Streamer of the Decade' at the 2025 eSports Award Show, but FaZe Lacy dismissed the win as overrated.

Felix Lengyel, widely known as xQc, has been awarded Streamer of the Decade at the 2025 eSports Award Show, a recognition celebrating his influence and consistency across ten years of livestreaming.

The announcement was made on the show’s official X account quickly trended online as fans and fellow creators congratulated the French-Canadian streamer.

Many praising his adaptability, personality, and enduring relevance.

Not everyone shared the same enthusiasm. Twitch streamer Nick “FaZe Lacy” responded on X with a barbed remark, “congratulations to @xQc for winning most overrated streamer of the decade ”

His post attracted over 500 replies, with many users criticising the FaZe Clan member and accusing him of “rage-baiting” for attention.

Despite the controversy, xQc himself expressed gratitude for the honour, posting, “THANK YOU FOR THE NOMINATION AND AWARD."
