Country facing up to 18 hours of loadshedding

The duration of loadshedding has reached up to 18 hours in different parts of country.

The duration of loadshedding has reached up to 18 hours in different parts of country.


In certain areas of Lahore, loadshedding has gone up to 8 to 10 hours. South Punjab is facing loadshedding for 10 to 12 hours including Multan. In DG Khan, Jam Pur, Dajal and Haroon Abad water supply has been disrupted due to loadshedding.


Quetta is facing loadshedding for 8 hours while in nearby areas the duration is 10 to 12 hours.


In other parts of the province, there is no electricity for 16 to 18 hours. Some areas are also facing water shortage due to power outages.


In Peshawar, loadshedding continued throughout the city with brief intervals last night.
