KARACHI:

Specialised Investigation Unit (SIU) police arrested a man accused of operating an online drug distribution network at various colleges and universities.

Investigators recovered 250 grams of crystal meth (ice drug) from his possession during a targeted raid in Shah Latif Town. According to SIU SSP, the accused, identified as Ali Wazir, has previously been arrested multiple times Several drug-related cases are registered against him at different police stations across the city. Reportedly, Wazir was involved in delivering narcotics to university and college students through online platforms, making use of digital channels to avoid detection. He is also, reportedly, involved in gambling and possession of illegal arms.
