Venus Williams has confirmed her engagement to actor and producer Andrea Preti. The couple, who were first linked in July 2024, have since shared limited but heartfelt glimpses of their relationship.
Preti, 37, was born in Denmark and raised in Italy. He began his career in modelling before transitioning into acting and producing. He studied at the Susan Batson Academy in New York and is best known for writing, directing, and starring in One More Day (2014). His other credits include A Professor, Temptation (2023), and an appearance on the Italian reality series La Talpa.
The couple sparked engagement rumours in early 2025 when Williams was seen wearing a diamond ring during a training session in Rome. Their public affection, including photos at Milan Fashion Week and a vacation selfie in the Bahamas, added to the speculation. Williams confirmed the engagement in a post-match interview on saying, “My fiancé is here and he really encouraged me to keep playing.”
