Swabi rally demands Imran's release

"Oppression and intimidation cannot weaken PTI's resolve"

Under the banner of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), a large rally was held in Swabi to demand the release of PTI founder Imran Khan. The rally was led by PTI Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa President Junaid Akbar and marched from Gohati Bridge to Shah Mansoor Township.

Prominent participants included Imran Khan's cousin Ahmed Khan Niazi, Provincial Education Minister Faisal Tarakai, Irrigation Minister Aqibullah Khan, Advisor for Industries Abdul Karim, Special Assistant Rangraiz Ahmad, Chairman Tehsil Council Swabi Attaullah Khan, and other local leaders.

Addressing the rally, PTI KP President Junaid Akbar declared that the "Free Imran Khan" movement symbolizes public awareness and unity. "This is not just a campaign for one political leader's release. It is a struggle for the constitution, the rule of law, and the fundamental rights of the people of Pakistan," he said. He added that the large turnout proved Imran Khan remains in the hearts of the nation.

"Oppression and intimidation cannot weaken PTI's resolve," he said. "The people of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa are ready to sacrifice everything and will not rest until Imran Khan is free." He also emphasized that public trust in the party's leadership is stronger than ever.

Addressing the rally, Irrigation Minister Aqibullah Khan said the call for Imran Khan's release echoes in every corner of the country.
