Gold prices dip in international and local markets

Gold prices fell on Thursday in both international and local markets.

In the international bullion market, the price of gold dropped by $9 per ounce, bringing the rate down to $3,326.

Locally, the price of gold per tola declined by Rs900, settling at Rs355,100.

Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs771, reaching Rs304,441.

Spot gold was down 0.6% at $3,335.77 per ounce, spot silver fell 0.4% to $37.77 per ounce.

Platinum lost 0.3% to $1,412.78 and palladium eased 0.6% to $1,223.03.
