The IHC on Wednesday directed the FIA to complete its inquiry against PPP leader Farhatullah Babar and submit a report in the court.
IHC Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas heard a petition of Babar against the inquiry. during the hearing Babar appeared in court along with his lawyer Iman Mazari. The court was informed that the petition faced the inquiry but he did not know what the allegations against him were.
The court asked the FIA investigator to tell the petitioner about the inquiry and the allegations and the complaint, against him. On the court's instructions, the investigating officer showed the record to the petitioner.
