Black Clover Anime set for major return announcement in Weekly Shonen Jump

Black Clover fans have reason to look forward to July 6, 2025, as a major announcement regarding the anime is set to be revealed in Issue #32 of Weekly Shonen Jump. 

After a four-year hiatus, the series is preparing for a potential return, much to the anticipation of its dedicated audience.

The Black Clover anime, which aired from 2017 to 2021 and produced 170 episodes, paused due to the anime catching up with the manga’s progress. Studio Pierrot decided not to produce filler episodes, opting instead to allow the manga, created by Yūki Tabata, to progress further before resuming the adaptation. 

Although specific details about Season 2 remain undisclosed, the upcoming issue of Weekly Shonen Jump will clarify the plans for the anime’s future, including potential release timelines and content coverage.

The anime’s return is seen as crucial in boosting the popularity of Black Clover, particularly as the manga approaches its conclusion. 

With only a few days remaining until the announcement, anticipation is high within the community.
