Two minor girls were allegedly sexually assaulted in separate incidents. Police have registered cases and begun searching for the suspects.
In the first case, Amjad Ali, a resident of 67-RB and an employee at a local mill, lodged a complaint with Balochni Police. He said that his 12-year-old daughter was returning home from a religious school when she passed by the residence of Shehbaz Ahmed Bashir.
As per the FIR, the accused pulled the girl into his house, administered an injection that left her unconscious for five hours, and then allegedly raped her.
The complainant also alleged that the suspect, known in the area for drug use and immoral behaviour, had threatened the family and verbally abused their women after they reported the matter to the police.
A case has been registered under Section 376 and related clauses, and efforts are underway to apprehend the accused.
In a separate incident reported in the jurisdiction of Sahiwanwala Police Station, Irshad Bibi stated that her daughter was assaulted while returning home after buying medicine.
