Jonathan Anderson has shared a glimpse of his upcoming debut menswear collection for Dior, with teaser videos featuring French soccer star Kylian Mbappé. The clips, posted on social media, give a first look at the highly anticipated Dior Spring 2026 menswear collection, set to debut on Friday at 2:30 p.m. during Paris Men's Fashion Week.
The videos feature Mbappé, the Real Madrid forward and 2018 World Cup champion, wearing two distinct looks. In one clip, he adjusts a red-and-blue striped tie over a blue-and-white striped shirt, paired with a gray herringbone wool jacket. In another, Mbappé sports a classic black tuxedo with a white shirt and a loosely tied black bow tie. The teaser videos are set to Schubert’s Unfinished Symphony, adding a timeless elegance to the visuals.
Anderson, who is known for his bold and eclectic fashion choices, highlighted Mbappé as the perfect ambassador for Dior. "Kylian Mbappé is the voice of a generation," Anderson stated, praising the athlete's influence on both the sports world and beyond.
Mbappé has been a global ambassador for Dior since 2021, representing the brand’s ready-to-wear collections and Sauvage fragrance. His collaboration with the French fashion house follows Louis Vuitton’s announcement that it will dress Real Madrid players, including Mbappé, for major events. Anderson’s debut collection promises to offer a more conservative direction compared to his previous avant-garde designs at Loewe.
