Love struggle: youth protests in water tank

A young man climbed into an overhead water tank on the rooftop of a three-storey building in protest after his parents refused him from marrying the girl of his choice.

The incident took place near Shah Latif Chowk in Kotri, where Waheed Panhwar climbed to the rooftop of the building where he lived with his parents and entered the overhead water tanker. Initially, his family members tried to get him out of the tank, but he refused. They then informed the Rescue 1122 and sought their help. The rescue team pulled the young man out of the tank, tied him with ropes and safely brought him down from the rooftop.
