Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) patron-in-chief Imran Khan on Tuesday lambasted the federal budget, warning that salaried individuals and farmers would once again shoulder the bulk of the burden.
Speaking to reporters outside Adiala Jail, his sister Aleema Khan quoted the former prime minister as saying that the upcoming Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa budget would be tax-free. He had advised K-P Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur to ensure the party's economic team was included in budget consultations.
