
Bourewala. At least four people were injured in a clash between two rival groups within the jurisdiction of Gaggu Mandi police station.
According to Rescue sources, one of the injured was reported to be in critical condition after the incident, which occurred in village 175/EB.
The conflict reportedly began over controversial posts shared on social media, which sparked tensions between the Bhatti and Sheikh clans.
The dispute had
been ongoing for some time.
On the day of the incident, both groups confronted each other armed with batons and other weapons.
As a result, four individuals - Ali Hassan, Waseem alias Bagghi, Shahbaz Khurshid, and his father Khurshid - sustained injuries.
They were shifted to Tehsil Headquarter Hospital, where doctors confirmed that one of them was in critical condition.
Police from Gaggu Mandi station reached the scene, collected evidence, and registered a case.
Main suspects from both groups have been booked as part of the investigation.
