Lahore Traffic Police have started equipping wardens with body cameras to record their activities during duty. Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Lahore, Athar Waheed, stated that the initiative began with traffic wardens deployed on Mall Road.
The cameras will ensure that fines are issued with proper evidence, reducing false complaints and misconduct. Waheed emphasized that the cameras will also help monitor protests, processions, and other traffic-related issues.
