Cardi B has spoken out forcefully following reports that Offset filed for spousal support amid their ongoing divorce.

During a live X Spaces conversation on May 30, the Grammy-winning rapper expressed deep frustration over comments made by Offset’s alleged spokesperson, who claimed Cardi was demanding “everything” in the divorce, including cars and property.

Cardi, 32, denied those claims and said she asked for “no child support” in updated divorce papers, clarifying that she simply wants to be done with the marriage. She filed for divorce for the second time in July 2024. The couple previously married in 2017 and briefly separated in 2020.

Visibly emotional, Cardi B directed a scathing message at Offset, 33, during the stream, stating, “Word to my mother. I want you to die, but I want you to die slow.” She accused Offset of rarely seeing their youngest daughter and missing visits with their children, despite being allowed full access.

Offset and Cardi B share three children: Kulture, Wave, and a daughter born in September 2024. Offset also has three children from previous relationships. Cardi emphasized that she has never denied Offset visitation, saying, “There is not one day he’s not allowed to see my kids.”

Offset’s amended divorce filing includes a request for spousal support and joint custody. A spokesperson claimed Offset doesn’t need the money but filed in response to Cardi’s alleged demands.

The public fallout continues as the divorce case unfolds, with both parties addressing custody, financial, and emotional issues in the spotlight.
