YouTuber and TikTok star Eugenia Cooney has raised alarm among fans after abruptly ending a TikTok livestream during which she appeared visibly distressed and began gagging.
Cooney, known for her fashion and beauty content, has long faced public concern regarding her health. With over 4 million followers across YouTube and TikTok, the 30-year-old influencer has struggled with what appears to be an ongoing eating disorder. In 2024, TikTok even restricted search results for her content, directing users instead to the National Alliance for Eating Disorders.

In May 2025, those concerns were reignited when Cooney suddenly fell ill during a live broadcast. Viewers witnessed her visibly falter and begin gagging before she told her audience, “I’m kinda letting my stress get to me. I’m gonna get off for now.”
Further heightening fan concern, two videos have since been uploaded to her TikTok account, but as The Daily Mail reported, both appear to have been pre-recorded — one allegedly filmed a year prior. Cooney has not made any live appearances since the incident.
Reactions from viewers were immediate and emotional. “She genuinely looked so scared before she ended that live,” one commenter wrote. Another added, “We all just want to see you get better, baby.”
“That stare she was doing when she sat back was so scary and upsetting. I think this is the worst I’ve seen her,” said a third.
Jeffree Star, a fellow influencer and friend of Cooney’s, addressed fans directly, stating that she was “clearly not ok” and that the public has “no idea what she’s going through.”
As of now, Cooney has not addressed the livestream incident or responded to fan concerns on any of her platforms, leaving many worried about her wellbeing.
