The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has unveiled a revised schedule for the three-match T20 International series against Bangladesh, set to be played at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.
Bangladesh will arrive in Lahore on 25 May, with training sessions planned for the 26th and 27th as both teams prepare for the high-profile clashes. Each match will begin at 8:00 PM local time.
The series opener takes place on Wednesday, 28 May, followed by the second T20I on Friday, 30 May, and the final match on Sunday, 1 June.
The Pakistan squad for the series was also announced on Wednesday. Notably, the lineup excludes key figures such as Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Shaheen Afridi, signalling a potential strategic shift under new head coach Mike Hesson.
This series marks Hesson’s first official assignment with Pakistan’s white-ball teams.
The squad welcomes the return of pacer Hasan Ali, who last appeared in T20Is against Ireland in 2024.
Fakhar Zaman and Saim Ayub also rejoin the team following recovery from injuries that kept them sidelined during the 2025 Champions Trophy and New Zealand’s recent tour.
Both boards expressed their commitment to maintaining strong cricketing ties despite the revised arrangements.
