ISLAMABAD:

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan on Monday denied that the party had any plans to bring out no-confidence motion against National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq or Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

Talking exclusively to the Express News, Gohar said that currently there was no plan to bring a no-confidence motion against anyone, nor the PTI founder had given any instructions in this regard. However, he added, the option of no-confidence was constitutionally available to political parties.

On the other hand, Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said in an informal conversation that he had heard about a no-confidence motion, adding that many members of the PTI would not support those who would bring the motion.
