Singer and actress Halle Bailey is reportedly seeking full legal and physical custody of her son, Halo, following a series of abuse allegations against her ex, rapper and streamer DDG.

The former couple, who welcomed Halo in December 2023, ended their relationship in October 2024.

According to court documents cited in multiple reports, Bailey has requested that DDG be limited to supervised visitation rights, allowing only one monitored visit per week. Additionally, she has asked the court to restrict DDG from taking their son outside of Los Angeles County.

The request follows a restraining order granted on May 13, which temporarily prohibits DDG from having any contact with Bailey or their son. The order cites multiple alleged incidents of physical abuse, including a January 2025 altercation where DDG allegedly slammed Bailey’s face into a car steering wheel, resulting in a chipped tooth and bruises.

Bailey also claims DDG has previously taken Halo without permission and failed to cooperate in co-parenting efforts. As a precaution, she has petitioned the court to prevent DDG from applying for travel documents like passports for Halo, citing concerns over potential abduction.

The legal battle continues as both parties prepare for a custody hearing scheduled for June 4. DDG has not publicly responded to the latest filings. The case has drawn public attention amid growing scrutiny of domestic abuse claims involving high-profile figures.
