A new one-window operation centre has been approved at the Raja Bazaar tehsil property registration office in Rawalpindi to streamline the registration process for both urban and rural properties.
The centre will handle property registrations, power of attorney, inheritance transfers, and property gifts to blood relativesall through an online system.
Work on the facility is already underway. Officials, computer operators, and support staff will operate under one roof, assisting citizens with buying and selling residential and commercial properties across the tehsil.
The centre is expected to be operational within two weeks. Rawalpindi Commissioner Aamir Khattak has directed authorities to ensure timely completion and announced he will personally inspect the site.
