Shahdara police claimed to have arrested a rickshaw driver accused of sexually assaulting a mentally challenged girl.
The suspect has been identified as Parvez, who lured and repeatedly assaulted the innocent girl.
Upon receiving the tip, Shahdara Police acted promptly and arrested the accused. A case has been registered.
Meanwhile, police arrested a motorcycle thief from Gul Bahar Colony. The accused, identified as Muazzam, was traced using CCTV footage.
He had stolen a motorcycle belonging to a citizen named Sohail a few days earlier. During interrogation, the suspect confessed to stealing more than 14 motorcycles.
